Park Rules

House rules keep the hillside quiet, clean, and welcoming. Break them and you may be asked to leave without a refund.

Sites & vehicles

  • Only one RV or travel trailer and one vehicle per campsite. Additional parking for transportation vehicles only.
  • RVs must be in good working order and appearance and carry current liability insurance.
  • Park only in designated areas. Parking on empty campsites or roadways is prohibited.
  • Drive no faster than 5 MPH inside the campground.
  • Washing RVs is not permitted.
  • All campers must use a sewer collar per state requirements.

Check-in, payment, occupancy

  • Check-in 2:00 PM · Check-out 11:00 AM
  • Payment is required at registration. Site fee covers two people. Additional guests $5 per day. All guests must be registered.
  • We reserve the right to refuse access to any guest whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.

Quiet hours & conduct

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Loud music or excessive noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited at all times.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for children at all times.
  • Illegal drugs are prohibited. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly within your own campsite.
  • No littering. Keep campsites clean. Outdoor storage limited to a 4×6 area.

Pets

  • Pets over 40 lb carry a $40 fee.
  • Leash required except inside the dog park. Pets must be under control at all times.
  • Clean up after pets.
  • Pets are not permitted in showers, bathrooms, or laundry (service animals excepted).
  • Violations are documented. A third violation means removal of the animal from the premises.

Fire, environment, wildlife

  • Open fires are prohibited per Village of Ruidoso fire restrictions.
  • Cutting, damaging, or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited.
  • Do not approach wildlife.
  • Fireworks and hazardous materials are prohibited in the village and Lincoln County.

Facilities & longer stays

  • Laundry is on site. Outdoor clotheslines need management approval.
  • Pavilion use requires a reservation at 575-257-2600. Clean the site when done.
  • Deposit trash in the dumpster. Flatten cardboard for recycling.
  • Annual / semi-annual deposits: leaving early forfeits the deposit.
  • Month-to-month: notify the office one month before your last month so the deposit can be credited. Failure to notify forfeits the deposit.

Management reserves the right to modify rules as needed and to refuse service or evict guests who do not comply. Full property policies also cover SMS consent and on-site surveillance for security and marketing as permitted by New Mexico law.
