Booking & rates
How do I book a site?
Call (575) 257-2600 with your dates, rig length, number of guests, and pets. Sites are assigned at reservation. Confirm your assignment with the office before you park.
What is included with a site?
Water, electric, sewer, and Wi‑Fi on terraced hillside sites. Rates are based on two people. Additional guests are $5 per day.
What are the nightly rates?
Daily rate is $65 per night plus tax (double occupancy). Holiday periods are $70 per night plus tax with a three-night minimum. See Sites & Rates for monthly and annual options.
What is the Stay 3 / 4th free promo?
When available, stay three nights and the fourth is on us. Ask when you book. Holiday periods use the $70 rate and a three-night minimum instead.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in receive a full refund minus processing fees. Less than 72 hours: no refunds.
Your stay
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 2:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Arriving late? Call ahead so we can plan for you.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Pets must be leashed (except in the fenced dog park), cleaned up after, and kept out of showers, bathrooms, and laundry unless they are service animals. Pets over 40 lb have a $40 fee.
Is the park good for big rigs?
Sites are terraced into the hillside. Many guests stay successfully with careful leveling. Call with your length so we can match you to a suitable site.
Is there laundry or a pavilion?
Yes. One laundry facility is on site. The pavilion is reservable by calling 575-257-2600. Please clean up after use.
Can we have a campfire?
Open fires are prohibited under Village of Ruidoso fire restrictions. Follow posted guidance on site.
Finding the park
What GPS address should I use?
Use 25943 Hwy 70, Ruidoso, NM 88345. Do not use a mailing address for navigation. The resort is just west of Camelot Rd next to Motel 6 on Hwy 70.
